Exactly the same here in London – icy cold but crisp and clear*, for a few days now. But no snow yet. I much prefer this to the usual dank dark dreary drizzly* days of winter, which I am sure is round the corner. So off to Thailand for a bit!
*Interesting how weather is so alliterative!
Absolutely, I adore words, Keith. This morning it was long and hard before I reached the point, of what I wanted to say… Agree dark, dank, dreary, depressing, drizzly, dull just bring to mind DH Lawrence’s dark satanic mills, not something to wish on anyone… The local farmers here are suggesting cold and crisp throughout january and february, if it continues like today it will be great, it is freezing but the sun shines and is surprisingly warm. Enjoy Thailand!
